What Information Do We Collect?

In the normal course of helping customers solve their day to day questions regarding the functionality of our software products it may be necessary for customers to send us data files with which they are working. This information, when received, is subject to our information and security procedures as described above. Once the customer question has been resolved and the data files supplied by the customer are no longer needed, DSPS will destroy the data files. If the data files are provided on a CD or DVD, that medium will be physically destroyed. Paper data files will be shredded. Data files received via email will be subject to our email information policy described below.
